This App is a basic ticketing system for Samir Group HCIS .
Users have option for adding the Ticket (Request),
Tracking the Ticket Status by giving the Ticket-Number that we will give while Requesting (Tracking),
And the Customer have option for closing the ticket added by the customer ,by giving the Ticket-Number and the password of the customer.
